There is one bright spot in Texas, Midtown Houston. The bulk of the petrochemical facilities are in the Houston area. The truth be told most of them are foreign owned and they could really care less what they do to the air quality affecting the citizens.

But we need the jobs and the prosperity that comes with them. The Texas Medical Center has become the largest in the world by treating the millions of victims of this cycle of madness.
