Right America is Good for the World

I know what you are thinking: Pericles is on drugs. Well, not quite. I am not on drugs. Actually, I've never done drugs but I think that cannabis should be legalized. Anyway, I think that the Republicans are actually good and the rest of the world should do its best to support people like Palin. They are good because only when they are in power, their faking stupidity and ignorance will bring the US down and the rest of the world can live happily ever after.

What else can I say for those right wing morons? They are so stoopid and indoctrinated that they are the only hope the world actually has! I bet that Osama and his minions were shitting their pants when Obama came to power. Here is a President who, overall, is like-able throughout the world with the exception of Osama's cavemen and big parts of the US. What a bizarre coincidence! Finally, the number one terrorist in the world and his right-wing foe, have a common antipathy: Obama.

The right wing in America is so ignorant and bigoted that they fail to see that if the US stands a chance of regaining some of its former glory and global respect is because Obama came to power. Don't get me wrong. Obama is a politician and therefore he cannot be fully trusted. However, he has managed to bring some hope in the world that finally things will change. 

Instead of the conservatives finally realizing that this is the case, they continue to live in denial and spread their lies and hatred around the US. I am wondering if you have managed to watch an interesting documentary by Alexandra Pelosi entitled " Right America Feeling Wronged". She followed McCain campaign for the Presidency  and his rallies. She even interviewed some of the followers. Frankly, the Republicans should be ashamed of having such followers. Those stupid faks portrayed Obama as a Muslim (so what if he was?), Socialist, or even a Nazi. Well, last time I checked it was Dabia and Cheney who invaded Iraq and started the 'War on Terror'.

When one of the supporters was asked to provide a definition for 'Socialism' he mentioned that it is something between 'Communism' and something else. Yes, you moron, this something else is actually called 'Capitalism'. That fat fak did not even know the main system of his own country.

Unfortunately, the ignorance and bigotry of the right did not stop there. Instead of shutting their mouth up after Obama came to power, they still continue to show how stoopid they really are. The latest example, is of course, their reaction to Obama's efforts to reform health-care. Again, they afraid that 'Socialism' is going to prevail in the US and that Obama's plan will tell you when your grandma is going to die, according to this. Instead, what Obama's reform should do is to tell the moronic right wing that he's time is up. At least, then, Obama can be truly accused of being a Nazi. Until then, the extreme Republicans should shut the fak up and stop bringing their guns in the health-care reform town hall meetings that the 'Nazi' Obama has set up with his Sens. Yes, we saw that too. Those morons are bringing their guns in the meetings. If you don't believe me, check this out.

We all know how scare tactics work, globally, but it seems that in the US such tactics have a life of their own and go back decades ago. Remember the scare that all Americans had that evil Russia is going to invade and turn everybody into a Commie? Or what about the 'War on Terror' which terrorizes the poor American people and help to make Cheney and his blood-thirsty friends even richer?

This is what is all about at the end. It is about money. It is about greed. It is about the insurance and pharma companies getting even richer and charging even more money. They used the same tactics when Clinton tried to reform health-care. However, now, they add new scare tactics because Obama is, well, half African-American and probably a Muslim...

The sad thing is that people are actually falling for this. Some conservatives really believe that the US health-care will be like in the Soviet Union and people will not be able to choose their own insurance. This is just stoopid. I have heard many of their fears and I just couldn't believe it. They really believe that the system will turn into 'socialized medicine'. First of all what is wrong with that? The best systems in the world include France, Denmark and Sweden, which are, well, Socialist countries. Somehow, these countries do not sound as scary as USSR. Secondly, the belief that the US health-care will end up be run by the gov. is flatly wrong. This will never happen. But, the right wing morons cannot see that.

Unfortunately for the American public, I bet that the scare tactics will most probably succeed and Obama's plans will ultimately fail. So, the American people will have to pay more and more to the blood thirsty insurance companies while the stupidity and bigotry of the right wing will expand forever and ever. 

Actually, their bigotry has already reached gargantuan levels. Apparently, today was the first day back in school after the summer holidays. So, President Obama decided to give a speech to children trying to motivate them to work harder and stay in school, which I think it is a nice thing to do. In the US, the President is well respected, so it makes sense for him (her in the future) to give such a speech. Needless to say that the conservatives went berserk. They think that Obama is starting a Youth Brigade, just like Hitler. Apparently, he is indoctrinating the youth. How stoopid does this sound? I agree that parents have the right to know a-priori the content of the speech and be vigilant. But to go to this extreme is flatly as faked up as those who believe it. By the way, where was George W. Bush when 9-11 happened? Can you remind me please?

So, bottom line is this. The conservative wing of the American public is bringing the country down. If I remember correctly, it was George W. Bush who allowed the deregulation of the banking system which brought the economic disaster. It was the same person who allowed the PATRIOT act to happen. It was the same person who started Gitmo, stopped stem cell research and allowed to bring creationism in some schools. 

The same idiotic principles are stopping Obama's plans for the much needed health-care reforms. If you have any reason to hate the USA, you should pray to your God(s) that the conservatives backed by the insurance companies and pharmas will succeed. Only then, the financial burden imposed on the American public will keep increasing. 

If you want the US to stop being a super power you should pray that the insurance companies continue being in-between the American patient and his/her doctor because, eventually, only a few will be able to afford it and most of them will just perish.

But I am not one of them. It pisses me off to see such a great country been run by greedy mother-fokers and their right wing friends. It pisses me off to see the down-fall of the US. That's why, I'll continue to write and fight against the right wing morons.
