First of all, I would like to apologise to all of our regular readers (are there any?) about the lack of action from our part. We haven't written anything for quite some time now. I personally blame the weather. After a long, cold and miserable winter, spring is finally here. That means that it is time to get out, try to have some fun, feel like a normal human being.

However, I am still watching and reading the news. Perhaps not as much but I am aware of what is going on around me and around the world. I am aware of the Austrian monster-'father' [1] who imprisoned his daughter and had seven kids with her. People never cease to amaze me. We are capable of so many miracles and so many atrocities.

I still pay attention to the world around me and I see misery, pain, desperation, hunger. I feel that the world is on the brink of revolution. Something is not right. The prices of food and oil have skyrocketed during the last year or so. There are people who cannot afford to get enough food for their families. Protests are already taking place about the price of flour all over the world. The price of oil has increased in such ridiculous levels that soon enough it'll get more expensive than gold. The US economy is in disarray and people have lost their houses. UK is going to follow very soon.

It makes me wonder, what the fak is going on? BP and Shell have announced record profits as did Exxon Mobil yet apparently their shareholders are still complaining it's not enough. How the fak much IS enough for the rich faks? I bet the same applies to the freakin' Saudis. How freakin' disgusting. So let us see what is going on. Oil prices are high and some fakers are getting extremely rich. As a result, there is higher demand for bio-fuels which are developed from corn; hence, corn prices increase. In addition, because of droughts due to global warming (which is due to high oil consumption and overall energy needs), corn prices are pushed even higher. But, but, but wait a second. Because of further increases in oil prices, it becomes more expensive to transport everything, including corn. As a result the same people are getting even richer while the poor get poorer and the middle class are dragged down to struggle to survive because they're not poor enough for government assistance; therefore, even the educated middle class finds itself run ragged to survive from day to day. It becomes a new version of poverty for even middle class America: those who never imagined they'd be scraping to pay mortgages or car loans because they got educations and had/have what are deemed 'good jobs' yet rising costs squeezing them so tightly they can hardly pay bills let alone save a dime. as costs rise but salaries do not. Is this the American dream?

So, some filthy people have managed to control the prices of both oil and food at a time when there is shortage of food in many parts of the world. Of course, this is not true everywhere. The Western World became decadent a long time ago, where over-consumption is the norm. Of course, China and India are following suit. They want the same things that we have. So, what do we have that they want? First of all, they already have our pollution. Beijing is the most polluted city in the world. CONGRATULATIONS. What else do they want? They want our luxuries: Drive gas guzzlers, buy Armani suits, wear Rolex watches, eat Mc craps, gargantuan plastic burgers and drink sodas with 1 million calories.

What a life the developing countries want to have! If anything, I would hope they would learn from our mistakes. But, it seems, people are just stupid. At a time when the West starts to realise how wrong they were, the developing world wants to repeat the mistakes. Why? So that the Chinese and Indian would get obese and diabetic? Let's face it: even the French are getting fat! So much for the cliche that French women don't get fat: enter fast food on the Parisian scene and voila, soon the cafe seating will need to be revamping to accommodate the spreading bums from not so French fries and McFats.

Of course, let us not forget that that suits some people. Higher demand of oil and food will drive the prices up. Do not forget that some pigs will get very rich indeed. Even richer. However, you have to wonder if this is sustainable. I personally predict that these people will eventually stop increasing the prices not because they would have enough money. Remember our point earlier about Exxon Mobile shareholders: for some there's NEVER enough money. No, they would stop because they would have a world revolution and that's bad for business.

Furthermore, the way the world goes, people won't even have the ability to question the governments, strike or revolt since anything but full compliance will mean treason. Look at what's happening to the Americans. The US administration severely violates civil liberties and human rights. Not only do the American people do not complain but, on the contrary, they are willing to lose some of their liberties to feel safe. Safe from what; from whom? Perhaps it is the evil Osama who is still free after all those years. How bloody convenient indeed. Of course they are not even aware of what is going on. How would they since most of them fail to see the propaganda imposed on them on a daily basis by news networks. Most people are not aware that they live in The Matrix.

I do not know about you but I start to feel that 1984 will eventually become true. Governments backed by powerful lobbies will have full control of our lives. We won't be able to complain about prices, about human rights, about liberties. As long as we are able to eat out juicy plastic burger and buy our crap from Wolly World produced mostly in China further deteoriating air quality from factory pollution billowing into the already cloudy air - then everything will be great. Sorry to disappoint you ladies and gentlemen but I am not willing to go down silently. Furthermore, I am not willing to raise a child in this world. I am not willing to raise a child where the 'true' news is spread via FOX, the food is provided by Wolly or McCrap (perhaps in the form of Soylent Green) and the temperature has risen by several degrees. I do not want my kid to come to me and tell me: 'Oh what a world we live in, daddy.' Of course, he/she will tell me that because I would have educated and taught my kid to think and see the fakin' BS around him/her.

Perhaps, it is time for all of you to see what is going on around you and educate your children before it is too late for them. They have the right to live free, long and prosper, as Dr Spock would say. They need to be aware of the dangers of the multi-national corporations and the governmental establishments.

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE PROPAGANDA. EDUCATE YOUR KIDS. THE TIME IS NOW.
