When someone really faked off my dad, his most common and fiercest reply was "Why don't you go fak yourself and see how that works out for you?" In the spirit of that feeling, I take the liberty of tweaking it a bit to apply to the latest row between Google and my favorite place on earth: China. You know, China,where the internet is free, and the rest of us are being unreasonable imperialist faks.

Unfortunately, religion will probably always exist. Even if we're to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there is no God, there'll be some unreasonable character who will doubt the proof based on faith. Tis all a matter of faith after all. How I detest that as a pillar of argument!

So here I was on a lazy Saturday morning barely awake switching on my brand new Bravia for the latest international news as I was smelling the freshly brewed Colombian coffee. It seemed very pleasant outside and I was looking forward to the nice warm weather and a walk by the beach. I was thinking about the fun I'd have for the rest of the day far away from my cubicle when all of a sudden my tranquillity was interrupted by something that sounded like a big explosion. For a microsecond I felt like I was in the middle of Kabul. I looked at the TV in case BBC was showing the latest Taliban attack, but to my avail, it was showing the latest results from the Ashes. Then another loud bang almost made me dropped my precious coffee on my Polo robe. ‘What The Flying FAK', I thought? I was neither living in Kabul nor in Baghdad and BBC was just showing freaking cricket!

China’s latest repressive stunt: blocking YouTube ‘coincidentally’ after a video was posted of the Chinese security force beating the fak out of some Tibetan protesters during last year’s clashes prior to the start of the Olympics. For some reason, I’m still not over the fact China was allowed to host the Olympics but we all know why China was allowed to host the Olympics. What a show indeed especially when it came to China’s sorry-ass attempt to show the world how host-worthy (ie civilized and democratic) it’d become overnight even though it still wanted to block the world press from unrestrictive internet access. Ah, China, you big control freak!

When the term ‘environmentalist’ comes to mind, I thinkrecycling, water conservation, reusable shopping bags NOT setting fire toluxury homes because the homebuilders claim the homes were built in anenvironmentally-friendly fashion yet you don’t think so. This seems to be the story behind fires set by a group protesting the environmental-friendliness of a group of luxury homes in a Seattle suburb.

So you call yourself an environmentalist, disagree that ahome was built within environmentally-conscious guidelines so the bestand greenest course of action – as an environmentalist – is to burn the faker down?

Perhaps, you have read my previous story on MySpace deleting its atheist and agnostic group together with 35,000 members. If not, it is available here. Anyway, I decided to send them an e-mail to complain about what happened:

With great sadness I was informed that the Atheist and Agnostic Group has been deleted from your site. I personally find it as a disgusting case of blunt discrimination against 35,000 members. Is this what your company is all about? Since when does your company give in to religious bigotry? I guess Freedom Of Speech is not part of your vocabulary.

As I was surfing the net without a specific purpose last night I stumbled upon a relative short article on a Secular Student Alliance's article regarding MySpace. Apparently, social networking site, MySpace.com, deleted the Atheists and Agnostic Group which had 35,000 members. This deletion, due mainly to complains from religious people marks the second time MySpace has removed the group since November 2007.
